About the Role:
As a Junior Software QA Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our JMA XOAS solution. You'll be responsible for:
- Generating and executing test cases to verify the expected behavior of JMA XOAS, including deployment scenarios and interoperability testing with JMA 5G and 4G XRAN products.
- Defining verification requirements and test plans, implementing test benches and tests, executing test plans, and debugging issues.
- Generating comprehensive test reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborating with software/hardware R&D developers and project managers.
- Identifying and following up on tool support requirements for different releases.
- Reproducing field-reported issues and working with R&D to resolve them.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Communication Engineering, or equivalent. Master's degree preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and the Pytest framework.
- Experience using Swagger for REST API validation.
- Familiarity with Salt Stack and the Netconf protocol.
- Understanding of ORAN split 7.2 and 5G architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Kubectl and an overview of Kubernetes concepts.
- Familiarity with Docker containerization concepts and Linux commands.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
