Here's what you'll do as a Business Analyst at Capgemini:
- Schedule deployments and ensure the team understands customer needs, specifications, and design goals.
- Oversee the technical team responsible for implementing solutions.
- Assist with documentation and provide demonstrations to stakeholders.
- Follow up on deployments and analyze data to ensure stability.
- Analyze requirements, engage with leads and developers, and design test strategies.
- Perform platform QA on the IDM tool and manage the QA team.
- Design, develop, and execute automation test scripts.
- Validate data, log defects, and conduct automation training sessions.
- Communicate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and propose optimized solutions for IDM tool implementation.
- Collaborate with all teams involved in the implementation process.
Who We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in any field
- Proficient in Business Analysis
- Experience with Identity Access Management (IAM) is a plus
- Experience with CyberArk is a plus
