Amazon's Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) is a self-service publishing platform for publishing e-books to the Amazon Kindle store. The KDP Support Analyst will be the primary contact between Amazon and vendors/content publishers who use the KDP tool to upload content they want to sell on the Kindle store.
Respond to phone calls, chats, and emails from publishers to resolve their concerns and ensure the smooth operation of the KDP system.
Develop personalized responses to publisher questions.
Interact with external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
Investigate and resolve payment concerns raised by customers.
Reprocess stuck books through the system.
Escalate issues and bugs that require engineering expertise to development teams.
Remove content identified by the QA team and notify vendors of the removal.
Maintain and improve a knowledge base of unique vendor requests and their solutions.
Collaborate with the customer service manager to document process flows.
Bachelor's degree or higher
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical skills
Detail-oriented and process-focused
Willingness to work from the office
Willingness to work night shifts and weekends
Additional certifications in web technologies
Experience with web-enabled software products or services
Basic familiarity with web technologies and HTML
