Job Title: Virtual Customer Support Associate

We take a unique approach, empowering our Customer Service Associates to problem-solve for our customers instead of reading from scripts. As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you'll have the opportunity to bring your personality and exceptional support skills to every customer interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Prevent issues, solve queries, and provide delightful support to our customers
- Be the first point of contact for customers through phone, chat, and email
- Assist with order inquiries, product questions, payment matters, and website guidance
- Utilize various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions for customers
Working Hours:
This is a full-time/part-time role with variable working hours to accommodate customer needs. Your work week will consist of a minimum of 40 hours, distributed in different shift patterns between 6 am and 11 pm, Sunday to Monday. Some shifts may include overnight, late, or weekend hours, and you may be required to work on national holidays. Your exact schedule will be provided closer to your start date.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Right to work in India
- Strong English communication skills (both written and oral)
- Experience working with a computer
- Availability to work varying shifts throughout the week
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts
- Quiet and distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair
- Minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MP upload speed via hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
