TransDyne, a leading IT&ITES company with a strong presence in the healthcare BPO industry, is currently offering work-from-home opportunities for freshers. We have openings on the night shift for the positions of Medical Scribe, as well as day and night shifts for Trainee Process Specialist and Trainee Process Associate roles.
- Medical Scribe: In this role, you will specialize in charting physician-patient encounters in real-time, such as during medical examinations. Previous experience as a Doctor's Assistant, Patient Coordinator, or Staff Nurse is an added advantage.
- Process Associate: As a Process Associate, you will transcribe patient records based on dictations received from doctors in the U.S. This is the entry-level position in the transcription process, and we provide all the necessary training.
- Process Specialist: As a Process Specialist, you will be responsible for checking the work of different Process Associates, making necessary changes, and ensuring 100% quality in the delivered documents. Again, we provide comprehensive training for this role.

To be eligible for these positions, we expect the following from you:
- Proficiency in written English.
- Willingness to commit to a minimum term of two and a half years with the company.

The selection process includes an English language test and a personal interview. The same selection procedure applies to all three positions mentioned above. Based on your performance in the test and interview, the interviewer will determine the most suitable position for you.
