Job Description:

Tech Mahindra is hiring a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer queries through various channels such as Web Chat, E-mails, and Social Media. Your main objective will be to provide excellent service to customers by addressing their concerns, providing information about our products and services, and maintaining accurate customer records.


- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally through Web Chat, E-mails, and Social Media

- Educate customers about our products and services

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records

- Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader and Operations Team

- Actively participate in team meetings

- Handle all queries in a polite and professional manner

- Troubleshoot and provide satisfactory solutions to customer queries

- Adhere to shift schedules and achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Follow internal policies, procedures, and processes

- Collaborate effectively with the team


- Bachelor's degree from any stream for freshers

- Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) with at least 1 year of relevant experience

- Passionate about providing excellent customer care

- Good typing skills

- Fluent in written and spoken English

- Able to work well under pressure and with minimum supervision

- Fast learner with the ability to work towards set targets

- Flexible with working hours, including rotational shifts, public holidays, and weekends

- Experience in international non-voice processes is preferred

- Office location: Bahadurpally, Hyderabad


- UG: Graduation Not Required
