As an Internal Controls/Sarbanes Oxley Analyst II, you will be responsible for assessing and monitoring the design and operating effectiveness of controls over financial reporting risks in compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX). You will also be responsible for testing and/or reviewing existing internal controls and recommending improvements to standardize, streamline and automate controls and processes.
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in internal controls or SOX compliance
* Strong understanding of SOX requirements
* Experience with testing and reviewing internal controls
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
