As a Process Executive Trainee at Infosys BPM Limited, you will be responsible for:

* Handling customer requests and meeting all SLAs (TAT, productivity, and quality).

* Active participation in team building activities.

* Proficient with basic computer knowledge.

* Ability to understand process knowledge quickly and efficiently.

* Good communication skills (oral and written).

* Flexible to work in 24*7 environments, comfortable to work in night shifts.

Qualifications:

* Any graduate (all education certificates are mandatory before joining).

* Graduate between 2018-2023 full time education.
