Responsibilities:
As a Network Engineer, your role will depend on business needs, your skillset, and your preferences. Here are some possible routes:
1. Customer Support Engineer:
- Become an expert in your chosen technology field by working with Cisco's cutting-edge equipment
- Be a strategic partner to customers, resolving network incidents and preventing technical issues from recurring
- Contribute to technical knowledge base and collaborative platforms to help users maximize technology benefits
- Manage and optimize existing networking infrastructure and proactively address network impairments
Requirements:
- Recent graduate or final-year student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field
- The requirement is for 2024 passouts only
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Passionate about networking, information technology, or computer science
- Knowledge of adjacent technologies and holding Cisco Certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) or industry-recognized certifications is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced team environment, and independently
