Job Description:

Amazon is currently hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative to work from home in Telangana. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the leading e-commerce companies and provide virtual customer support. As a Virtual Customer Service (VCS) associate, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to customers through chat processes and domestic channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work from a home location approved by Amazon for all scheduled hours

- Ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and a suitable work environment at home

- Handle customer queries and provide support through chat and other channels

- Deliver excellent customer service in terms of productivity and quality

Salary: ₹202,000 to ₹288,600 per annum

Requirements:

- Good command of English (listening and speaking)

- Willingness to work night shifts

- Laptop/Desktop with functioning webcam and headphones for virtual interviews and assessments

- Updated Google Chrome browser for the assessment

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum qualification should be 10+2

- Comfortable working night shifts

- Excellent English communication skills
