Job Description:

Amazon is hiring for the position of Digital & Device Alexa Support Associate in Hyderabad. As a crucial part of our customer service mission, you will play a vital role in delivering timely, accurate, and professional support to Amazon customers. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with order inquiries, resolving post-sales issues, and providing effective solutions through various communication channels such as mail, chat, and phone. This fast-paced role requires excellent English communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in using computer systems.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum education qualification: 10+2 Pass (candidates should not be pursuing any full-time course)

- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

- Ability to use a desktop/laptop computer system, familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer

- Flexible to work in 24/7 shifts (day/night) and rotational week offs

- Current location must be Hyderabad

Additional Benefits Offered (Excluding the package):

- Zeta Meal Card: INR 1100 per month (i.e., 13,200/- per annum)

- Night Shift Allowance: INR 150/night

- Overtime Allowance as per company policy

- Internet Reimbursement: Up to INR 1,250 per month on submission of bills (for work-from-home roles)

- System/Desktop provided by Amazon

- 5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off (off days change based on business requirements)

- Rotational shifts and week offs

- Medical Insurance coverage up to Rs. 500,000 for the employee and dependents (spouse and 2 children)
