Job Description:

Tech Mahindra, a leading company in the industry, is currently hiring for both Sales and Voice Process positions. We are seeking individuals who possess excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, along with good customer-handling abilities. The positions require working night shifts and handling voice-based tasks. This is an opportunity for immediate joiners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage in international sales processes

- Provide excellent customer service

- Work in rotational shifts with 2 days off

- Meet performance targets and adhere to quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: Undergraduates, Graduates, and Postgraduates

- Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales (freshers with good knowledge of sales are also welcome)

- Language Requirements: Fluent in Hindi and English

Additional Information:

- Work Location: Hyderabad, Bahadurpally, Tech Mahindra

- Shift Timing: Rotational shifts

- Transportation: 2-way cab facility provided

- Salary: Competitive and as per market standards (up to 3.3 lpa)

Interview Process: Virtual Interviews will be conducted.
