As a Life Mitra, you will have the opportunity to provide life insurance advice to individuals and families, ensuring their dreams are protected and spreading the essence of Goodness Ki Muskaan far and wide.

Responsibilities:

- Earn Goodwill by building trust, respect, and lifelong friendships with clients.

- Provide life insurance advice and recommend suitable insurance plans to meet the needs of individuals and families.

- Promote and sell insurance products offered by SBI Life.

- Collaborate with the Frontline Sales Manager/Business Manager to receive on-field training and enhance sales skills.

- Uphold SBI Life's reputation and adhere to the regulatory guidelines and code of conduct.

Requirements:

- Minimum age of 18 years.

- Minimum qualification of 10th Std from a recognized board and institute.

- Strong ambition to succeed and make a significant impact in the insurance industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

- Must undergo a mandatory 25-hour training program and pass the associated exam.
