Job Description:

NTT DATA Business Solutions Private Limited is currently hiring for the position of Operations Executive. We are seeking freshers who are eager to kick-start their career in a dynamic work environment. As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the data integrity of member enrollment records and remittance files transmitted from the state. You will also provide support for the eligibility load process and collaborate with the corporate IS department to resolve any issues that may arise during the process. Additionally, your responsibilities will include researching and correcting errors in membership and Primary Care Physician data output, completing monthly reconciliation processes, generating ad-hoc reports, and handling inquiries related to billing and member enrollment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee data integrity of member enrollment records and remittance files

- Provide timely support for the eligibility load process

- Coordinate with the corporate IS department to resolve process-related issues

- Research and correct errors in membership and Primary Care Physician data output

- Complete monthly reconciliation processes and resolve discrepancies

- Generate internal ad-hoc reports and analysis as required

- Enter daily eligibility data for new enrollees, changes, and cancellations

- Resolve problems and disputes related to members/subscribers

- Maintain quality and production standards as per regulations and policies

- Meet specified Turn Around Time for completing volumes in the queue

- Set productivity and quality benchmarks

- Handle internal and external inquiries regarding billing and member enrollment

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Availability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, 17:30 pm to 3:30 am IST

- University degree or equivalent with 3+ years of formal studies

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Strong logical thinking ability

- Proficient in English comprehension and writing skills, with exposure to MS Office

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to interact with clients (preferred)

Note: The required schedule availability for this position is Monday to Friday, 6 PM to 4 AM IST. Shift timings may be adjusted based on client requirements.
