ADP Solutions Private Limited Chennai, a leading payroll, HR, and Time & Attendance service provider, is currently seeking an Associate Application Developer to join the Professional Services (PST) department. As an Associate Application Developer, you will work in UK shift timings and be responsible for understanding and implementing process flow diagrams to meet business requirements. Your tasks may include customizing web applications, assisting with client projects, querying databases, and migrating employee-related data. You will work under the guidance of supervisors and handle any additional tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Department Manager.
- Fresh Graduates/Post Graduates in Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Applications
- Exposure to technical support, product support, maintenance, or an international environment is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent and clear enunciation
- Strong logical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and SQL/Database Querying
- Academic knowledge of RDBMS and programming languages like C, C++, Java, VB, HTML, Java/VB Scripting
- Flexibility to work in any shift pattern, including weekends and UK Bank Holidays
