ELIGIBILITY:

- B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech, MCA, and M.Sc. (CSE, IT only) from 2022 & 2023 batch

- Full-time education only (Part-time and distance educations are not considered)

- No active backlogs during application and/or during onboarding

- Relevant degree completed within the stipulated duration

- No more than 11 months of experience

- Candidates must be eligible to work in India either by citizenship or have relevant work permit documents

- Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work in India without a work visa

- Willingness to work in any Business Unit/Service line within the company

- Willingness to join/relocate to any Accenture office across India

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Accenture is a global professional services company with expertise in digital, cloud, and security. As an Associate Software Engineer, you will be involved in developing, designing, and maintaining technologies that improve the way clients and the world work. Your responsibilities will include:

- Designing, building, testing, assembling, supporting, and configuring applications based on business requirements

- Understanding business drivers and delivering software solutions that meet performance expectations

- Incorporating technology trends into solutions and participating in the development of automation solutions and new functionality

- Resolving incidents and providing customer support through voice interaction/email/chat/remote support

- Anticipating and resolving business issues with agility

- Applying analytical and problem-solving skills, along with strong verbal and communication skills

- Delivering code within specified time and quality expectations, participating in peer reviews, and taking ownership of successful solution implementation

- Supporting infrastructure operations and managing delivery for IT production systems and services

- Flexibility to relocate and work in 24X7 shifts based on business requirements

PREFERRED SKILLS:

- Basic understanding of ABAP Development on HANA, CDS, AMDP, Performance Analysis

- Experience or knowledge in configuration and customization of Salesforce.com applications

- Good working knowledge in J2EE and full-stack development

- Knowledge and development experience of .NET (ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC)

- Test automation engineering, creation of test designs, test processes, test cases, and test data

- Business and functional knowledge, including testing standards, guidelines, and methodology

- Designing testing scenarios for usability testing, preparing reports, and analyzing results
