JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently hiring for the position of International Voice Process Executive at Tech Mahindra. This role requires immediate joiners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide customer support and address their queries effectively.

- Demonstrate the ability to understand and resolve miscellaneous issues.

- Previous experience in an International Voice Process is desirable.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Possess good customer handling skills.

- Willingness to work night shifts and handle voice-based processes.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

- Education: Undergraduates, Graduates, and Postgraduates.

- Work location: Tech Mahindra Campus, Hyderabad Bahadurpally.

- Flexibility: Available to work in a 24/7 rotational shift schedule with 2 rotational offs.

- Salary: As per market standards (up to 4lpa).

- Shift Timing: Rotational shifts starting at 2:30 am, 3:30 am, and 5:30 am.

- 2-way cab facility provided.
