• Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/chat/mail.

• The candidate should have a Communication scale of CEFR C1 or C2.

• Open to work in 24*7 Shifts, voice process, rotational weekly off, work from office environment and candidate should have completed double vaccination completed.

• Analytical problem solvers who can understand and resolve customer issues.

• Problem-solving skills and quick thinking to own and resolve customers' issues independently, thoroughly, and efficiently.

• Being proactive and showing the utmost respect for the customer's time.

• Good time management, ensuring all contacts with customers add value.

• Customer Service -> Technical -> Regular - Service Desk -> Voice -> Chats -> Email Chats
