Job Title: Customer Success Intern

Company: inFeedo

Position Type: Internship (0-6 months)

Job Description:

As a Customer Success Intern at inFeedo, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience by facilitating adoption and usage of our products. You will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction scores, managing customer health status, and creating a company-wide customer feedback loop. Additionally, you will be involved in report building, data analysis, presentation creation, and supporting the Customer Success Team in improving customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure high customer satisfaction scores and manage customer health status

- Adhere to ticket SLAs and create a company-wide customer feedback loop

- Develop and present quarterly business review data to customers and prepare post-meeting reports

- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports

- Assist with onboarding new customers by working on data upload and conducting ad-hoc analysis and research

- Optimize article content and titles for improved searchability in the support center

- Support the Senior Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and CSMs in managing their portfolio of accounts


- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills

- 0-6 months of experience

- Bonus Points:

  - Demonstrated initiative and leadership in previous projects or events

  - Hands-on experience with Google Sheets
