JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Success - Video KYC, you will be responsible for conducting remote KYC (Know Your Customer) verifications of customers via video call. You will ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, gather and verify customer information, input data accurately, handle customer queries, and maintain confidentiality. Staying up-to-date with changes in regulations and processes related to KYC will be essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct remote KYC verifications of customers through video calls.

- Adhere to regulatory guidelines and ensure proper KYC procedures are followed.

- Collect and verify customer information, including personal and financial details.

- Review customer documents for validity and authenticity.

- Accurately input customer information into databases and systems.

- Address customer queries and provide guidance on the video KYC process.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

- Ensure data confidentiality and security.

- Escalate issues to management when necessary.

- Stay updated on changes in KYC regulations and processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English, along with proficiency in any regional language.

- Fluent in Hindi and a regional language.

- Willingness to work night shifts and/or rotational day shifts is a plus.
