Job Description:
As an Insurance Advisor at Ditto, you will be the primary point of contact for our users. Your job will be to understand their insurance needs and recommend policies or features that best suit them. You will guide them through the insurance buying process and ensure a smooth experience for them. Even if you do not have prior experience in insurance, we will provide you with a rigorous two-month training program to help you get up to speed.
Responsibilities:
- Understand users' insurance needs and recommend policies or features that best suit them.
- Explain health and life insurance in a language that users can easily understand.
- Curate and offer personalized insurance recommendations.
- Guide users through the insurance buying process.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively.
