Test (NEET) UG 2023 notification has been released. Admissions are given in MBBS, BDS, BA: MS, BSMS, BUMS, and BHMS courses based on the rank obtained in this exam. Government/Private/Anu Bandha Medical/Dental/AYUSH Colleges across the country: Deemed University Colleges; Admissions are provided in AIIMS and ZIPMER institutions. 15 per cent of seats are reserved under the All-India quota.

Eligibility Details: 

Must have passed Inter/ XII/ Equivalent course with English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology as main subjects from a recognized board. A minimum of 50 per cent marks is mandatory. Foreign students are required to submit an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) as per Medical Council of India (MCI) norms. Candidates should be born before 31st December 2006.

NEET UG 2023 Details:

 This exam will be conducted in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Gujarati, Bengali, and Assamese languages including English, Telugu, and Urdu. Candidates have to choose one of these. If English is selected then the question paper will be given in English language only. For the rest, there will be questions in English as well as in the chosen language. A total of 200 multiple-choice questions will be given in this exam. 50 questions will be asked from Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology subjects. Each subject has two sections. 35 questions will be given in the first section. Answers to all these need to be identified. 15 questions will be given in the second section. Mark the answers to any ten of these. If more than ten questions are answered then only the first ten answers will be considered. Candidates should mark the answers on the OMR sheet with a ballpoint pen. Each question carries four marks. Total marks are 720, one mark will be deducted if the answer is wrong. The duration of the exam is three hours and twenty minutes.

Rs.1700 for General candidates, Rs.1600 for EWS and OBC candidates; Rs.1000 for Handicapped, SC, and ST candidates; 9,500 for foreign candidates
