We are currently looking for freshers to work with our internal team here in Hyderabad(WFO).
Role: Process Analyst (Non-IT, Non-Voice)
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work from the office (Mon - Fri, fixed week off's on Sat & Sun)
Interview Mode: Face to face
Experience: 0y - 1y (Freshers to 1y experience)
Shift: UK (12PM to 9:30PM) - 2-way transportation within a radius of 35KMS.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manually verify responses that the automated digitized marking system is unable to translate within the agreed confidence levels with utmost quality.
Qualitative Accuracy agreed to SLA • Quantitative Consistent entry to agreed SLA
Follow guidelines and training imparted while performing duties in the mark verification process.
Maintain and follow data and information security guidelines.
Report on issues or challenges to the reporting manager as soon as possible to avoid errors or delay in the submission of the work.
Assist teams in all tasks required to complete the project and liaise with other functional groups as required.
Requirements:
Graduation in any field. (Mandatory)
Need extraordinary communication skills.
