Job Description:
Tech Mahindra is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Technical Support team in Hyderabad. As an Associate: Technical Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering timely and effective customer support through various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Understanding and troubleshooting technical problems related to our products and services.
- Addressing miscellaneous queries and concerns from customers.
- Documenting customer interactions and solutions in our system.
Qualifications:
- Education: Undergraduate, Graduate, or Postgraduate degree in any field.
- Experience: Prior experience in an international voice process is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in a 24/7 environment with two rotational days off.
- Technical Aptitude: A basic understanding of technology and troubleshooting.
