In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new savings accounts, onboarding customers onto digital platforms, and expanding the bank's customer base within a designated area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition: Actively acquire new savings accounts within a defined target segment and geographic area.
- Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads through referrals and proactive outreach within the catchment area.
- Onboarding and Activation: Efficiently onboard new customers and ensure they are successfully activated on the bank's digital platforms.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with existing customers to encourage referrals and cross-selling opportunities.
- Compliance: Adhere to internal and external guidelines and regulations for sales and customer acquisition activities.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and support functions to deliver excellent customer service and achieve team goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (Engineering, Technology, Math, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, Management, etc.)
- Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in sales, customer acquisition, or a related field. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
