Job Description:
Siemens is searching for a passionate and driven Trainee (Finance) to join their vibrant international team in Bangalore! In this full-time, permanent role, you'll play a key role in supporting various backend financial processes and contribute to the company's continued growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Support backend work of support functions, JV processing, Workflow monitor, CCM & PEGA monitor and email queries.
- Analyze key financial figures and generate reports.
- Develop and maintain Management Information System (MIS) documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely delivery of reports.
- Identify and recommend improvements to current MIS for better reporting efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum aggregate of 60%.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, VBA, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night or early morning shifts.
