- Support backend work of support functions, JV processing, Workflow monitor, CCM & PEGA monitor and email queries.
- Analyze key figures, budgets, forecasts, and generate management reports.
- Develop and distribute reports in an accurate and timely manner.
- Collaborate with business units to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Continuously improve reporting efficiency through data analysis and system recommendations.
To be successful, you will have:
- A Bachelor's degree with a minimum 60% aggregate score.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, VBA, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and early mornings.
