Colgate-Palmolive is searching for a detail-oriented Associate Analyst II - EHS to join their Toxicology and Ingredient Data Maintenance team in Mumbai, India!

Responsibilities:
- Manage and update ingredient databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Supply Chain) to guarantee the safety of products.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide toxicological support for product development.
- Respond to inquiries regarding product safety and ingredient information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Toxicology, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in database management and regulatory compliance tools.
- Strong understanding of toxicology and risk assessment methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex scientific information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, particularly with health or personal care products.
- Familiarity with Colgate's product portfolio and the relevant regulatory landscape.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and regulations.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
