Job Description:
As an IT Customer Service New Associate at Accenture, you will be part of the Customer Support vertical, assisting in managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations, and addressing complaints. Your responsibilities will include providing the best resolutions to dissatisfied customers, closing faults and complaints within SLAs (Service Level Agreements), and demonstrating proficiency in email and chat processes. This role is specifically aligned with the Service Desk Non-Voice Support team, where you will be tasked with recording, diagnosing, troubleshooting, resolving, or assigning incidents and service requests primarily through non-voice interactions such as email, web, and chat.
