Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Show keen interest and enthusiasm for Accounting, SAP, and Finance.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment to meet targets.
- Handle invoice processing for both Purchase Order (PO) and Non-PO invoices.
- Manage payment processing and banking activities.
- Efficiently resolve vendor queries.
- Accurately process employee expenses.
- Conduct statement reconciliation tasks.
- Perform vendor clearing activities.
- Generate monthly reports as required.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in cash application and allocation processes.
- Experience in collections, including communication with customers via email and phone.
- Familiarity with credit management principles.
- Knowledge of credit insurance and follow-up procedures.
- Ability to forecast cash flows effectively.
- Experience in order approvals.
- Completion of other monthly reporting tasks.
