What will you do?
As a Customer Success Executive, you'll be the champion for Groww's customers. You'll provide technical support, training, and education on their products, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience. You'll also collect feedback, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with the team to make the product even better.
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll focus on the financial side of things. You'll ensure payments are processed correctly and securely, monitor for fraudulent activity, and generate reports to keep everything on track. You'll also work closely with banks, auditors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
