What you'll do:
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations related to study drugs, comparators, and ancillaries.
- Support assigned department project teams as a contributing member.
- Ensure compliance with role-specific training requirements and timely completion of timesheets.
- Coordinate activities across different functions and serve as a liaison when needed.
- Execute import and export activities following company and client requirements, while adhering to relevant regulations.
- Implement the Import and Export/Trade Compliance plan for assigned projects.
- Consult with the Trade Compliance Manager on import/export issues and provide recommendations.
- Stay updated on new regulations through ongoing training sessions.
- Maintain accurate reports on PPD-owned metrics indicators.
- Work effectively in a team environment and independently under supervision.
Who you are:
- Graduate with a Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy or a related life science field (Preferred).
- Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Computer-savvy with data entry expertise.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting and work independently under supervision.
- Experience in pharmaceutical organizations or the clinical research field (0-2 years, advantageous).
