What you'll do:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable, reliable, and cost-effective Calling Center software solutions
- Collaborate with colleagues to test, refine, and deliver high-quality code
- Mentor fellow team members and ensure scrum team objectives are met
- Build reusable code components for audio software development across projects
- Provide cloud integration support and expertise
- Prototype new audio technologies for rapid customer validation
- Troubleshoot technical issues and work seamlessly with Data Science teams
- Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and lead audio system design
- Develop solutions adhering to best practices in resilience, scalability, and security
- Document and maintain coding standards and design patterns
Who you are:
- 0-3 years of hands-on software development experience with a bachelor's degree
- Proficient in .Net (c#, Basic, asp.net), Java, or Python
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with orchestration tools like Apache Airflow is a plus
- Comfortable with Windows, Unix/Linux OS, scripting, and Agile scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of Java/J2EE, Spring boot/cloud frameworks, databases like SQLServer and/or Oracle is a plus
- CI/CD Pipeline experience and Gitlab/Bitbucket knowledge is a plus
- AWS Programming Certification a plus
- Fast learner with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
