Graduate Trainee Engineer - Mendix Developer at Siemens Technology and Services

• Collaborate closely with implementation teams and key stakeholders on multiple projects.
• Guide customers and partners on how to leverage the Mendix platform to their advantage.
• Provide expert advice on positioning Mendix within their organization.
• Analyze business challenges and recommend best practices and solutions.
• Mentor and lead junior developers, setting high standards for Mendix application development.
• Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude, keeping the team engaged and motivated.
• Foster strong communication and interpersonal skills, effectively interacting with various levels of stakeholders, from C-level executives to developers.

You're the perfect fit if you have:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related IT field.
• Proven experience in software development.
• Excellent communication and explanation skills, able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience with integrations using APIs.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with Mendix or other low-code development platforms.
• Proficiency in web front-end technologies like HTML, JavaScript, or React.
• Understanding of architecture patterns like microservices, event-driven, and layered architecture.
• Knowledge of database technologies like MSSQL or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with common integration protocols like REST, SOAP, XML, or HTTP.
