* Handle customer requests meeting all the SLAs (TAT, productivity, and Quality).

* Active participation in team building activities.

* Adaptability in learning newer technologies and changing business needs.

* Collaborates with the teams to bring in process improvements or ideas.

* Ability to Understand process knowledge quickly and efficiently.

* Good Communication skills (Oral and Written)

* Graduate (B.com)

* Shifts - Flexible 24/7

* Qualification - BCom Only

* Year of Passing - 2018 and above graduates
