Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in software/hardware/product support or related field.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other programming languages is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Ability to communicate in other languages is highly valued.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical mindset and passion for finding solutions.
