About the Role:
We are seeking fresh graduates to join our Infrastructure Management Support (IMS) team. As an IMS Trainee, you will provide technical support to our global clients, resolving IT incidents and requests in a timely and efficient manner. You will gain valuable experience in ITIL processes, customer service, and troubleshooting various IT infrastructure and applications.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email
- Handle and resolve IT incidents and requests according to established service level agreements (SLAs)
- Log and track incidents/requests in ticketing tools
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications and basic network issues
- Utilize remote tools for troubleshooting (optional)
- Maintain knowledge base articles and provide first-call resolutions
- Work in a 24/7 shift environment
Qualifications:
- BSc (CS/IT/Electronics, EEE, Circuital) or BCA graduates from the 2024 batch
- Minimum 60% or 6 CGPA throughout 10th, 12th, and graduation
- No active backlogs
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic knowledge of ITIL processes
- Willing to work in Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, or Noida (candidates from Tamil Nadu or Maharashtra preferred)
Compensation and Benefits:
- CTC: INR 3.00 LPA
- Stipend: INR 15,000 per month for the first 3 months
- 2-year service agreement with a bond of INR 2 lakhs
