Job Description:
As an Associate Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our applications and systems. You will collaborate with product teams and designers to transform requirements into accurate representations and implement them according to departmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement application components and systems
- Collaborate with product teams and designers
- Analyze, design, code, debug, and test business applications
- Participate in code reviews
- Work with data of varying complexity and scale
- Assist testers and support personnel
- Resolve integration issues with new technologies
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and their impact
Qualifications:
- BE/B.Tech (Computer Science, I.T.)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in PC software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Team player
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours (on-site and remote)
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment with minimal supervision
