Responsibilities:
- Deliver Workday projects and enhancements within a DevOps model.
- Provide support for Workday Operations, including incident management, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with Business, product owners, and technical leads to refine requirements and develop Workday solutions.
- Develop Workday functional solutions, custom reports, and documents.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- Diagnose, track, and manage quality issues to ensure the smooth functioning of Workday systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in software development, database concepts, and data management (RDBMS) including SQL.
- Strong understanding of HR system concepts and system interdependencies.
- Understanding of integration frameworks and data privacy requirements.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prioritization of quality, data accuracy, and system integrity.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Workday HR system, Salesforce platform, or Mulesoft Cloud Hub.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Understanding of Change and Release Management processes.
