About the Role :
- As an Automation Engineer at Sprinklr, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our data pipeline and platform. You will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and maintaining automation frameworks and libraries for testing
- Conducting both manual and automated tests of the data pipeline and platform
- Monitoring the health of the platform and implementing proactive measures to prevent issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to other team members
- Staying up-to-date on the latest testing technologies and methodologies
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college (recent graduates from 2022/2023 are welcome to apply)
- Experience testing SaaS products and understanding of software architecture and design
- Experience with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling (a plus)
- Familiarity with test cycle management tools like JIRA
- Experience testing microservices-based platforms
- Understanding of Kafka, GraphQL, and Redis concepts
- Experience with development and testing tools like Git, Jenkins, and Bitbucket
- Proficiency in Java or Python and Selenium
