What You'll Do:
- Maintain existing test automation frameworks.
- Collect and report on quality metrics from your testing efforts.
- Partner with developers to design and automate testing strategies for new features.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, then execute and automate them.
- Support engineers in troubleshooting and fixing issues within applications and development/testing environments.
Are You a Perfect Fit?
- You have some experience (doesn't have to be years!) using technologies relevant to ServiceNow and can write high-quality code.
- You've worked with different automated testing frameworks like Java, JUnit, Selenium, TestNG, or other open-source projects.
- You're familiar with the agile development methodology for software teams.
- You understand various testing techniques (performance, unit, integration, automated) and can leverage them effectively, including identifying and resolving discovered issues.
- You're comfortable using tools like IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, system administration tools, and Unix tools to support your daily tasks.
