About the Role:

In this exciting role, you'll be the first line of defense for our millions of customers, providing exceptional technical support across various communication channels. You'll troubleshoot a wide range of issues related to our online bus ticketing platform, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for our users.

What you'll do:

  • Be the voice of redBus, providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat.
  • Gather information from customers to understand and diagnose technical issues.
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to identify solutions and guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
  • Track and analyze customer inquiries to identify recurring problems and work with internal teams to develop solutions or automate processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on redBus products and services to effectively answer customer questions.

You're a great fit if you have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a fluency in English, Hindi, and two South Indian languages.
  • A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL is a plus.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in the travel industry.
  • Experience in a technical support role.
