We are searching for a talented and inquisitive analyst to join our HR Data & Analytics team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will play a key role in defining, refining, and delivering our New Joiner Experience (NJE) Operations reporting strategy. You will partner with stakeholders across the globe to ensure our reporting meets the needs of the business and drives measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the production of NJE Operations reports and deliver them accurately and on time.
- Identify opportunities to improve our reports and dashboards and collaborate with functional teams to implement these enhancements.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop new solutions for report production and delivery using automation.
- Analyze scorecard performance and conduct variance analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide support for other reporting projects and ad-hoc requests.
- Maintain a strong focus on data security and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in HR reporting and analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify insights from data.
- Experience with NJE reporting a plus.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as MS Excel, Business Objects, Alteryx, or Tableau.
- Experience working with large datasets and communicating findings to senior management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and agile work environment.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
