Global HR Operations Specialist - Contingent Workforce
Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a talented and organized Global HR Operations Specialist to join our growing team in New Delhi, India!

In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our contingent workforce program (CWR) by managing the day-to-day operations of contingent workers, from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between. As a liaison between various departments, you will ensure smooth communication and collaboration to provide exceptional service to our contingent workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the contingent workforce lifecycle within our HRIS system (Fieldglass)
- Advise internal stakeholders on HR policies and processes related to contingent workers
- Oversee the contingent worker mailbox and Slack channels
- Generate reports for key stakeholders
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams like Finance, IT, and Procurement
- Assist in building and maintaining the CWR global microsite
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of CWR data

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to liaise with global stakeholders across various channels
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to data integrity
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
- Prior experience with Workday is a plus
