The Role
- We are looking for a passionate Business Analyst to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Automating dashboards and reports: You will create automated dashboards and reports to track key metrics and identify trends.
- Data analysis and problem-solving: You will analyze data from various sources to identify business challenges and opportunities.
- Collaboration and communication: You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and communicate insights effectively.
- Process improvement: You will identify areas to automate processes and improve overall efficiency.
You are a great fit if you have:
- A bachelor's degree (any field)
- Experience in business analysis, operations planning, or a similar role (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data marts
- Ability to identify trends, extract conclusions, and present findings clearly
- Proficiency in VBA or other automation tools
- Problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement
