Airbus Group India Private Limited is seeking a driven and organized HR Intern to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our daily recruitment activities and gaining exposure to all aspects of the recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with all stages of the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a presence throughout the recruitment process, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up with stakeholders.
- Learn and become proficient in using our internal HR software.
- Assist in collecting candidate information for reports.
- Provide daily status reports on all activities to recruiters.
- Understand the overall recruitment process and its various functions.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an Executive PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) or equivalent degree.
- Proficiency in MS Office/G Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated interest in HR and recruitment.
