About the Role

Wipro is searching for an Associate to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all incoming help requests from clients, both via phone and email. This includes documenting client information, updating your availability in the RAVE system, recording and tracking client queries, and adhering to standard processes for resolving issues. You will also be responsible for accessing and managing internal knowledge bases to assist clients and identifying product details to improve troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming client help requests via phone and email
  • Document client information, including name, department, contact information, and the nature of the issue
  • Update personal availability in the RAVE system
  • Record, track, and document all client queries and troubleshooting steps
  • Adhere to standard processes and procedures for resolving client issues
  • Address client queries in accordance with established SLAs
  • Access and manage internal knowledge bases, resources, and FAQs to assist clients
  • Identify and learn product details to improve client interaction and troubleshooting
  • Document and analyze call logs to identify trends and preempt future issues
  • Maintain and update self-help documents for clients
  • Identify potential red flags and escalate significant issues to the Team Leader
  • Ensure all necessary product information and disclosures are provided to clients

Eligibility:

  • Any Bachelor's degree
  • Freshers from 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, or 2024 are eligible
  • 0-1 years of experience (freshers welcome)

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to respond to inquiries via phone, fax, email, and mail
  • Typing speed of 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
