Job Description:
As an Analyst at KPMG, you will be responsible for collaborating with business users to gather requirements, formulate business specifications, and translate them into functional business processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Documenting workflows and outcomes of business analysis, obtaining user sign-off on specifications.
- Assisting the technical team in translating application functionality into architecture and producing business functionality requirements.
- Communicating business directives, goals, and needs to the technical team, serving as a liaison between enterprise operational management and technical teams.
- Developing and implementing test plans to ensure proper implementation of business requirements.
- Understanding long-term business objectives and proposing strategies to achieve them.
- Collaborating with IT application analysts and programmers as needed.
- Analyzing departmental production and redesigning workflows as necessary.
- Developing, editing, and maintaining operating procedures and standards manuals.
- Serving as a consultant for work measurement, system studies, or cost-effectiveness analysis.
- Conducting training sessions for implementing new or improved systems and procedures.
- Identifying areas for policy and procedure improvement or development, offering recommendations accordingly.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree
Preferred Skills:
- 0 to 2 years of experience in IRM, GRC, Cyber SecOps design, transition, or operations processes.
- Experience in business analysis and configuring or administering IRM, SecOps modules of the ServiceNow Platform.
- Understanding of Scrum Methodology.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification, with specific expertise in the presales/microcertifications module.
- Business Analyst certification from IIBA, PMI (PBA), or an equivalent certification
