What You'll Do:

• Be a key player in our agile development team, crafting intuitive solutions from business requirements.
• Own your development journey, driving user stories to completion within the end-to-end lifecycle.
• Actively participate in technical discussions and implement solutions with your hands-on expertise.
• Maintain a keen eye on quality, performance, and architecture, identifying and proposing improvements.
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and configuration changes for seamless knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with fellow developers across various locations, fostering a strong team spirit.
• Contribute to production support tasks as needed, ensuring smooth operations.

What We're Looking For:

• A B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science or related field, or an M.S. in Computer Science.
• 0-2 years of software development experience, preferably with Java.
• A solid understanding of object-oriented programming and Java in-depth.
• Knowledge of concurrent programming challenges like multithreading, race conditions, and deadlocks.
• Familiarity with multithreading and asynchronous code execution methods.
• Experience with RDBMS like MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Knowledge of front-end libraries (HTML, CSS) and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, with bonus points for Django experience.
• Any Python knowledge/experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with source control management tools like Git and TFS.
• Experience with ALM tools like Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS) or Jira.
• A willingness to embrace new technologies and adapt to project needs.
• A high-energy, proactive, and approachable personality who thrives on tackling diverse problems.
• Proven problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams.
• A self-starter who can deliver tasks with minimal supervision.
