What You'll Do:
- Be a key player in our agile development team, crafting intuitive solutions from business requirements.
- Own your development journey, driving user stories to completion within the end-to-end lifecycle.
- Actively participate in technical discussions and implement solutions with your hands-on expertise.
- Maintain a keen eye on quality, performance, and architecture, identifying and proposing improvements.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and configuration changes for seamless knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with fellow developers across various locations, fostering a strong team spirit.
- Contribute to production support tasks as needed, ensuring smooth operations.
What We're Looking For:
- A B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science or related field, or an M.S. in Computer Science.
- 0-2 years of software development experience, preferably with Java.
- A solid understanding of object-oriented programming and Java in-depth.
- Knowledge of concurrent programming challenges like multithreading, race conditions, and deadlocks.
- Familiarity with multithreading and asynchronous code execution methods.
- Experience with RDBMS like MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
- Knowledge of front-end libraries (HTML, CSS) and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, with bonus points for Django experience.
- Any Python knowledge/experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with source control management tools like Git and TFS.
- Experience with ALM tools like Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS) or Jira.
- A willingness to embrace new technologies and adapt to project needs.
