What You'll Do:
- Partner with Deloitte Global, People Advisory, and Functional People Centre of Excellence teams to design and execute a comprehensive people data strategy.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for business leaders.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of employee engagement, retention, performance, and diversity & inclusion metrics.
- Develop compelling presentations and reports that communicate data findings clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the People Insights team to ensure efficient data analysis and reporting.
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of experience consulting to internal or external clients on analytics and reporting solutions.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HR, People Analytics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau or Power BI preferred.
- Familiarity with programming languages like R or Python a plus.
